Our residential quality assurance programs are priced at $75, cancellable at any time. For commercial properties, such as apartment complexes and multi-unit buildings, club members receive exclusive benefits:

• Drain cleaning specialists with service fees up to $75.
• Two maintenance check-ups per year, coveering various fixtures and living areas within the property.
• Water pressure tests and toilet leak assessments.
• Special drain cleaning offers for apartment complexes with multiple units, including $100 emergency services fees.
• Comprehensive drain cleaning for all accessible drains, aimed at preventative maintenance and clog removal.
• Quarterly visits for an annual fee of $1,895, paid quarterly, with yearly contract options available upon request.
